Planit Consulting secured Planning Permission in 2017 for a new beef cattle farm, for 250 head of cattle. Permission was also secured for a farm worker dwelling. The applicants worked closely with the Council to ensure the buildings, which will lie with the Green Belt and the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are appropriate in the landscape.

Planning Permission was secured for a Change of Use of a store agricultural store building to form a dwelling for an agricultural worker associated with an existing farm operation in the South Downs National Park.

Prior Approval was secured for two agricultural stores at a farm in Surrey. Planning Permission was then secured for a high roof height on each building, to increase the height over that allowed under Permitted Development Rights.
